7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days.

Eligible Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following items:

• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Used items or products damaged by the customer
• Products without original packaging
• Opened bottles or containers
• Used personal care, beauty, or hygiene products
• Products with removed seals or damaged packaging after delivery
• Returns requested due to change of mind

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or replacement.

If approved:

• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process
• In some cases, a replacement product may be sent instead of a refund

Return Shipping

Depending on the case, return shipping charges may either be covered by us or the customer. Customers must contact our support team before returning any item.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
